What TellSafe does
Anonymous feedback
Members submit feedback through a link or QR code, choosing how private they want to be: identified, fully anonymous, or anonymous with replies enabled. Organizers get an inbox instead of a rumor mill, and people who would never sign their name still get heard.
Two-way anonymous relay
The relay lets an organizer answer an anonymous message. Replies travel through an encrypted address, so the organizer never learns who sent it and the sender never learns the organizer's personal contact details. Hard questions get answered instead of sitting unresolved.
Surveys
Post-event and pulse surveys with rating scales, multiple choice, yes/no, dates, and free text, including recurring sessions. Organizers find out what worked while the event is still fresh.
Digital waivers
Waivers with e-signature, delivered by QR code or run in kiosk mode on a tablet at check-in. Signed records are stored and searchable, which replaces the clipboard and the shoebox of paper.

Anonymity we cannot undo
In anonymous relay mode, member email addresses are encrypted before storage. Organizers never see them, and neither can TellSafe, so there is no back door to open under pressure. Many feedback tools can unmask senders if an administrator asks.
Waivers and feedback in one place
Neither AllVoices nor NAVEX offers digital waivers. A studio or event running TellSafe collects waiver signatures at check-in and feedback after the event from the same tool, instead of paying for two.
A free tier that is actually usable
The Free plan handles 25 submissions a month with no time limit, and every new account gets 30 days of Pro without a credit card. Enterprise competitors have no free tier at all.

The team behind TellSafe
TellSafe is built by Chris Rupp, through Sivants LLC, an independent software studio in Orlando, Florida. He spent thirty years as a professional musician and two years at Ensemble Studios working on the Age of Empires series in the early 2000s, before turning back to building software full time.
The pattern behind every Sivants product is the same: find a problem in his own life, build the tool that solves it, then hand it to other people with the same problem. TellSafe started in his own dance community, where the need was obvious — people had things to say that they would never say with their name attached, and organizers had no way to answer them.
It is a small, self-funded operation. When you email support, you are emailing the person who wrote the code.
